My gym was closed today so I tried sticking to Crossfit but not as hard. I ended up running to the park and did 70 pullups and 70 pushups. I ran a total of 4k at a moderate pace with a few hills thrown in the mix.
This daily log of Crossfit workouts is intended for referencing previous weights and times. I'm a beginner to Crossfit so if you're also just getting started feel free to use this blog as a guide. I'll be posting links and videos from the Crossfit site for quicker access on how to do certain workouts. Good luck and enjoy.
